Wholesale Policy

This policy governs the terms and conditions for business-to-business (B2B) bulk purchases from Redham via www.redhamstore.com. This policy supersedes the retail Shipping, COD, and Replacement policies where applicable.

1. Wholesale Eligibility and Minimum Order Requirements

  • Eligibility: This policy applies to registered wholesale buyers intending to purchase products for resale or bulk organizational use.

  • Minimum Order Value (MOV): To qualify for wholesale pricing and access to the wholesale selection, the total cart value must be a minimum of ₹15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only), excluding shipping charges. Orders below this MOV will be processed under standard retail terms.

  • Custom Selection: Customers who meet the MOV will gain access to an option/section allowing them to create and customize their own selection bundle from the available wholesale inventory. This selection is final once the order is placed and confirmed.

2. Wholesale Payment Terms (Strictly Prepaid)

  • Prepaid Requirement: All Wholesale orders are strictly Prepaid Only. This is a non-negotiable term for bulk transactions.

  • NO COD Option: Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for any Wholesale order, regardless of the value. Attempts to select COD for a wholesale order will result in the order being automatically cancelled or held until prepaid payment is received.

  • Accepted Payment Methods: Payment must be made in full upon order placement via approved prepaid channels (e.g., Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or other prepaid options available at checkout).

  • Payment Failure: Orders where payment is incomplete or fails authorization will not be processed or dispatched.

3. Shipping and Logistics for Wholesale Consignments

Due to the nature, size, and weight of bulk orders, specialized logistics are employed:
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for Wholesale orders are calculated based on the total weight, volumetric weight, and the geographical location of the delivery address. These charges are separate from retail charges and will be specified and payable at checkout. The retail Free Shipping policy above ₹599/- does not apply to Wholesale orders.

  • Dispatch Carrier: Wholesale orders will be dispatched using dedicated third-party logistics aggregators (such as Shiprocket, NimbusPost) or through established local freight transport/Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) services that specialize in managing bulk B2B consignments safely and efficiently.

  • Delivery Timeframe: Estimated delivery time for wholesale consignments typically ranges from 7-15 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination and the freight method utilized.

  • Tracking: Tracking details will be provided to the customer via the email: ecommerce@redhamstore.com.

  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items purchased under the Wholesale Policy pass to the buyer immediately upon our delivery of the goods to the designated carrier/freight partner.

4. Wholesale Replacement Policy (Strictly Final Sale)

  • Final Sale: All Wholesale purchases are considered Final Sale. We uphold a strict No Returns, No Refunds, and No Exchanges policy for all wholesale transactions. This includes cases such as change of mind, excess or unsold inventory, market fluctuations, or minor variations in product appearance.

  • Damage/Defect Exception: The only exception is for verifiable Damage or Manufacturing Defects present at the time of delivery.
  • Reporting: Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Proof: Mandatory uncut, unedited unboxing video proof showing the package, the shipping label, and the damage is required.
  • Resolution: Upon verification, Redham will offer a Replacement of the specific damaged/defective piece or a Store Credit for that piece's value only.

  • NO MONETARY REFUNDS are issued under any circumstances for Wholesale orders.

5. Order Management and Product Selection

  • Order Confirmation: Once the custom selection bundle is created and the prepaid payment is successfully processed, the order is confirmed and immediately moved to dispatch. No changes to the product selection (items, quantities, colors, sizes) can be made thereafter.

  • Stock Guarantee: While we strive for accuracy, the creation of a custom bundle does not imply exclusivity or guarantee the re-stocking of the exact same items for future wholesale orders. Inventory availability for subsequent orders is subject to change.
