Coverage: Redham currently ships to all major cities and serviceable pin codes across India.
Service Check: To confirm delivery availability for your location, please enter your PIN code on the product or checkout page.
Unserviceable Locations: If we are unable to deliver to your location after an order is placed, we will notify you promptly via email (ecommerce@redhamstore.com) and process a full monetary refund for any payment made within 5-7 working days.
Processing Time: All orders are typically processed for fulfillment and dispatch within 2-3 working days from the date of order placement.
Dispatch Location: Orders are dispatched from our warehouse located in Rajkot, Gujarat.
Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing the tracking URL and AWB (Air Waybill) number, allowing you to track your shipment live. All updates will be sent to the email provided during checkout: ecommerce@redhamstore.com.
Standard Delivery: Our logistics partners typically deliver shipments within 7-10 working days from the date of dispatch.

COD Eligibility: COD payment option is available only for retail orders with a total cart value up to ₹999/-.
COD Ineligibility: COD is strictly unavailable for:

All Wholesale Orders (regardless of value).
Pin codes that are not serviceable for COD by our courier partners.
Delivery Attempts: Our delivery partners typically attempt delivery up to three times.
Prepaid Orders Refused/Uncollected: If a prepaid order is refused or remains uncollected after three attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse. In this scenario, we will deduct a fee of ₹250/- to cover the forward and reverse shipping logistics costs. The remaining balance will be issued as a Store Credit/Coupon Code (valid for one year) for a future purchase. No monetary refund will be processed.
Re-Shipment: If you request re-shipment of the returned order, a flat charge of ₹250/- must be paid online before the order is re-dispatched.
Wholesale orders (MOV $\ge$ ₹15,000/-) are subject to specialized logistics due to the bulk volume and weight:
Shipping Charges: Shipping costs for wholesale orders are calculated based on the total weight, volume, and destination. These charges are separate from retail charges and will be specified and payable at checkout. The Free Shipping policy above ₹599/- does not apply to Wholesale orders.
Dispatch Carrier: Wholesale orders will be dispatched using dedicated third-party logistics aggregators (such as Shiprocket, NimbusPost) or reputable local freight transport/LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) services that are suitable for bulk B2B consignments.
Delivery Timeframe: Delivery for wholesale consignments may take longer, typically ranging from 7-15 working days from dispatch.
Risk of Loss: All products purchased from Redham are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the chosen carrier or freight partner.
Address Accuracy: The customer is solely responsible for ensuring the shipping address provided is current, complete, and accurate. Redham is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
